Raven Ridge Regenarative Pollinator Corridor
[about]
The Raven Foundation is launching a two-year initiative to restore and enhance over 100 acres of Sierra Foothill habitat for monarch butterflies, native bees, and other pollinators who are vital to both ecological and cultural resilience.

Anchored on a 9-acre ecological homestead and extending across partner lands, this project will:
  • Plant milkweed and seasonal nectar species to support monarch migration
  • Establish pollinator hedgerows, meadows, and buffers
  • Remove invasives and restore local ecotype seed sources
  • Train landowners, engage students, and host community seed exchanges
  • Integrate tribal knowledge, youth stewardship, and regenerative agriculture
Like the bees, who connect field to field, flower to flower, this project will weave together people, plants, and places into a living corridor of resilience and renewal.

With $275,000 in matching support, Raven Ridge will demonstrate how pollinator restoration can also regenerate community, education, and ecological abundance.
